Only one voucher may be redeemed per booking. Multiple vouchers, or a combination of voucher types, cannot be used for the same booking.
Gift vouchers may be redeemed towards food and beverage purchases only and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift vouchers are valid for à la carte dining only (maximum 8 guests) and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or special menu, including Piemonte a Tavola and Aperitivo Hour.
Bookings are subject to availability.
Due to our automated system, gift vouchers cannot be redeemed within 24 hours of purchase.
Any unused voucher balance will remain available for future use until the voucher expiry date.
Gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase.
Lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers cannot be replaced.

Treat Vouchers are issued separately and will be sent via email within 24–48 hours of the qualifying gift voucher purchase.

Treat Vouchers are valid for the original purchaser only and are not transferable.
